  The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a San Jose woman and her infant, who has a serious medical condition.
Satima Michelle Purnell, 32, of San Jose, has been charged with abducting her 10-month-old son, Davione.
On July 9, 2016, Purnell – who also uses the last name of “Clark” - was informed that she no longer had custody of Davione. She has been missing and out-of-contact since then. Purnell is believed to be traveling with her son.
“We are concerned for Davione’s health and his safety,’’ Deputy District Attorney James Cahan said.    Purnell is a 5”1”, 120 lbs. African-American woman with brown eyes and black hair. She has several facial piercings, notably near her lips and upper cheek near her eyes. Purnell has a number of tattoos. They include: “Teddy Bear on her left bicep; on her upper left arm is “Aaniah," and on her upper left arm “Prince.” She may be driving a four-door, silver Hyundai, license plate number 6BXN752.
Davione, an African-American boy with brown eyes and brown hair, is 2’3” tall, and weighs about 18 lbs.   If someone sees Purnell or anyone knows where she is, then they should call “911” immediately.   *UPDATES*   For release on August 11, 2016   Davione Doe, the 10-month-old infant who was abducted by his mother, has been located and is safe.
