70 West Hedding Street, West Wing, 4th floor conference room The Domestic Violence Death Review Committee will release the 2004 final report at a news conference on Monday February 14th at 10 a.m. in the 4th floor conference room of 70 West Hedding Street, West Wing, San Jose. The Domestic Violence Death Review Committee is a committee of the Santa Clara County Domestic Violence Council, which reviews every domestic violence related death in Santa Clara County each year. The committee is a multi-disciplinary team, which finds answers that may save future lives. The committee representatives are from the District Attorney’s Office, law enforcement, therapeutic community, battered women’s advocacy agencies, Probation Department, The Department of Correction, Pretrial Services, Department of Social Services, Adult Protective Services, medical community, Family Court Services, Family Law Bar Association, Victim Witness, and Coroner’s Office. Please check in with the 1st floor receptionist in the District Attorney’s Office for a visitor’s badge. You will then be escorted up to the news conference.
