  REAL ESTATE AGENT WANTED FOR GRAND THEFT AND FRAUD

The Santa Clara County Superior Court has issued a warrant for the arrest of a San Jose real estate agent, wanted for scamming multiple victims out of more than half a million dollars.

On April 22, 2013 the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office charged Amalek Elyassnia of San Jose with ten counts of grand theft.
Elyassnia is alleged to have convinced multiple victims to invest in the construction of a medical office building in Modesto. No such project existed.
