Records Unit
The Records Unit provides specific information to defendants, attorneys of record, witnesses, victims, and guardians of victims. Information provided by the Records Unit is highly confidential and is not a matter of public record. Therefore, information is released only to authorized individuals.
Specific information that can be released to authorized individuals:
- Name of the Deputy District Attorney assigned to the case
- Court date and time
- Court procedures
- Case status/update
In addition, the Records Unit provides support services to District Attorney staff in preparing misdemeanor and felony file/cases for court.
